- App & Game Data: Game progress, squad drafts, pack opening history, player cards collected, in-app achievements, and user settings.
- Device & Technical Data: Mobile device specifications (unique device identifier, device name, operating system, system language) and network info (IP address).

- To authenticate user sign-in securely via Google OAuth.
- To save, synchronize, and restore your NHDFUT draft and pack progress across devices.

3. Google User Data Policy & Limited Use Disclosure
NHDFUT's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Service User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- We do not share or sell your Google user data to any third-party advertisers or data brokers.
- We do not use your Google data for serving personalized advertisements.
- Human access to your data is strictly prohibited unless required for security purposes, troubleshooting, or legal requirements.

5. User Data Deletion Request & Account Retention
How to request data deletion: Users have the right to request the deletion of their personal data and NHDFUT account at any time. If you wish to delete your account or any personal information associated with Google Sign-In, please send an email to admin@nhdsports.info with the subject "Data Deletion Request - NHDFUT". Your account and associated data will be permanently removed from our active database within 7 business days.
Additionally, to maintain database health, inactive accounts or accounts involved in unauthorized cheating activities may be automatically purged by our system.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, and we implement commercially acceptable security measures to safeguard it. However, please note that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we delete it immediately from our servers.
